Saturday, Aug 16, 2014 Hej, Sitting with a Royal Red beer and relaxing with a view of the windblown, green-gray Kattegat.  This is a section of the North Sea between Denmark and Sweden. We are in a small timeshare on the beach about an hour’s drive north of Copenhagen facing north.  The beach is just across the street and over a sandy bank with wild beach rose bushes with masses of red rose hips.  It IS a bit chilly (64F with strong winds off the Kattegat).  Three very brave women on the beach just took off their jackets, shirts, shorts, and flip flops.  They ran squealing into the winded surf.  It must be warmer in the water than out!  A couple of hours ago there were two wind surfers whizzing back and forth.  The sun is now trying to break the thick cumulus cloud layer.  Mayhaps we’ll get a ?sunset? through our window after 8PM.  I’ll just sit and wait and watch.  OHOH a dozen man bicycle team just whizzed past.  All in the same uniform and followed by a chase car “Dong Energy Bicycle Team”.   We left Boston Logan last Thursday PM.  Wow! Does that International Terminal E look old and sad.  I do not think it has changed since the first time I flew to Iceland back in 1997.  There are about a dozen gates in a terminal about a narrow football field long space. Iceland Air is very efficient and no frills in economy.  4 ½ hrs to Reykjavik, 45 minutes for easy plane change, and 2 ½ hrs to Copenhagen.  We slept most of...
